What is Yoga?
Outside India - Yoga is mostly associated with the practice of asanas (postures) of Hatha Yoga or as a form of exercise. A practitioner of Yoga is called a Yogi (male) or Yogini (female).

May I use this photo to accompany a blog post I wrote about outdoor Yoga?
Its looks very exciting. When I had been to yoga ashram there I used to have such experience but never went to the French Alps. I wish to have such nice experience. Thanks for this beautiful blog.
