It's no secret that yoga is one of the best ways to improve flexibility and Kenna Crouch - dancer and yoga instuctor - clearly shows the results of a strict yoga fitness regime. Nice form!

Having lived in Vancouver all my life it feels like we're in the Yoga capital of the world. I've never been to India and I imagine there are many other places that Yoga is popular - but Yoga studios are like Starbucks here in Vancouver (I'm not sure how far Starbuck's Coffee franchise reaches elsewhere in the world - but I there are 5 within a four block radius of my house here in Vancouver). Yoga is definately huge in Vancouver.
