I'm guessing this is an advanced yoga position - an neck stand with no support from hands. Kids - don't try this at home without a professional yoga instructor ready to catch you!

And I don't mean she's doing a headstand when I say that Chrisandra Fox is standing on her head in this yoga photo. I mean her legs are arched right back until her feet are resting on her head - while she supports herself with her forearms. Awesome!
