What better way for a dancer to stay in shape than to practice yoga and what better way to practice yoga than to become a yoga instructor! It's no secret that yoga is one of the best ways to improve flexibility and Kenna Crouch - dancer and yoga instuctor - clearly shows the results of a strict yoga fitness regime. Nice form!
